Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY 

  • All of our items are backed with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In case you receive an item that is not to the advertised standards, please contact us via email. All returns must be in the new original condition as received and should be shipped back with delivery confirmation

  • Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item has a problem and contact our customer service representative via email, let us know the detailed issue including pictures or a video for confirmation.

  • Items damaged during shipping need to be addressed within 7 days as per the carrier shipping insurance policy. Please ensure that items are in good condition upon arrival if any issues are found please inform our customer service team immediately upon arrival along with pictures and videos.

  • Upon receipt of your item, please inspect it for any defects, damages, or missing parts before use or installation. Used or installed items are ineligible for claims. We may request pictures, videos, or supporting documents for verification. Upon verification, we offer replacements, parts, or partial refunds. These issues do not qualify for returns and will be treated as remorse returns if requested.

  • We ONLY accept returns with the original packaging. Please note that we will not accept returned items if they are not in the original packaging upon purchase, show any signs of usage or damage

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.

  • Please let us know if there were any damages made during shipping as this can happen due to incorrect handling. We are not directly responsible for damage made during shipping, however, we will assist in resolving the problem.

  • We are not responsible for damage made during installation due to incorrect fitting or handling.

  • All automotive parts and accessories need to be installed by a certified professional. We are not responsible for any incorrect installation or damage made during installation. In these circumstances, Refunds or replacements will not be offered. In the case of a fitting issue, we can require a report from your fitter for verification purposes
     
  • Instructions are provided when mentioned in the package content as many of the products will need to be installed professionally. However, if you require instructions please let us know and we can share them if they are available
  • We recommend products in flat packs to be assembled by a handyman. Examples, beds, ride on cars, and racks.
     
  • Returns due to change of mind, remorse, wrong orders, or late deliveries (due to courier) are accepted within 30 days as long as the item is unused and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for arranging the return freight. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Please note, free shipped items will also incur the original shipping deduction when returned
     
  • Images on the website can be for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. Actual products can vary due to product enhancements and manufacturer updates
  • In some cases, some products by their very nature are not returnable for health and safety reasons. The general rule of thumb is that if we cannot resell the product we cannot return it. All returns must have their original packaging. Products that are sealed cannot have broken seals
     
  • Return requests for products requiring installation or assembly need to be made before the products are assembled or installed. If a return is requested after installation or assembly it will not be accepted                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  • For items under manufacturer warranty that require professional installation, coverage will be provided only upon submission of a fitting invoice and other supporting information, such as pictures and videos.                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Approved warranty claims can qualify for replacement parts only, If diagnosing the problem needs to be assessed professionally, we will not be responsible for the costs of diagnostics, reinstallation, or assembly. However, we can assist with diagnostics where we are able by requesting videos or sending material that can help with the diagnostics if possible. If items need to be sent back to be checked we will not be responsible for the shipping charges. All warranty claims are subject to approval. Once replacement parts are approved, they will be subject to the manufacturer's delivery and production time if items are not in stock.                                            
  • On the very rare occasion, if the free shipping item charges exceed our maximum, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
     
  • Order cancellations or a change of mind will incur a 2% transaction fee of the total amount. Orders made using afterpay will incur a 6% transaction fee

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds will be processed after the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. If there has been damage made to the product we could refuse the refund and send the item back at the customer's cost

  1. Refunds for Returns, Incorrect Orders, or Change of Mind:

    • All refunds for returns, incorrect orders, or change of mind will be subject to a 2% transaction fee deduction.
  2. Refunds for Afterpay Payments:

    • Refunds processed for payments made through Afterpay will incur a 6% deduction. This deduction is in accordance with Afterpay's refund policies.
       

DEPOSIT POLICY

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits:
    Deposits paid to secure an item are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of payment. By paying a deposit, you agree to our terms, including any cancellation or change-of-mind conditions.

  2. Cancellations or Change of Mind:

    If you cancel your purchase or change your mind after paying a deposit, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit as compensation for holding the item and any associated costs such as Lost sales opportunities, Administrative or restocking fees, and storage costs.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY 

All items will be dispatched within 2 business days after purchase. Delivery time usually takes between 1 to 6 business days after dispatch

Please ensure you add the correct addresses when you order. Re-directing charges will incur if an incorrect address was added to the order.

All items shipped through road express will usually be delivered within 1 to 6 working days after dispatch. Air express if offered will be delivered within 2 working days throughout Australia. Some remote areas can take 1 extra day 

It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking of their item through their email or accounts directly. We will provide tracking information and contact details to assist with locating and tracking your item. When purchasing from our store you agree to use the information provided to assist with tracking your parcel. Late deliveries should be followed up directly with the shipping company delivering your item

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from late delivery. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
